Your new workday:
As a Salesforce Training Specialist (m/f/x), you are responsible for delivering and continuously improving our client training programs. You challenge existing training concepts, develop practical learning formats, and conduct engaging sessions – both remotely and on-site. You share Salesforce expertise as well as project and consulting skills at eye level, actively contributing to the success of our client projects. Working closely with internal specialists, you bring in your ideas and help evolve our enablement formats.
Tasks
How you help us share valuable Salesforce knowledge:
- Develop trainings for various Salesforce Clouds and topics in collaboration with internal specialists
- Teach consulting and project management skills
- Conduct internal and external trainings – both remotely and on-site
- Organize training formats and contribute to their continuous improvement
- Support consultants in their career development and create individual learning paths
- Train and mentor junior consultants throughout their professional growth
What you should bring with you:
- 2–3 years of practical experience in consulting or project business
- Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds and in Salesforce implementation
- Ideally Salesforce certifications (e.g. Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud)
- Strong motivation to share knowledge and support learning processes
- Ability to inspire others about technical topics
- Hands-on mentality, team spirit, and mentoring skills
