As a Senior Salesforce Consultant (m/f/x) specialising in Salesforce Field Service, you will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end field service solutions that optimise service operations and mobile workforce performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with clients to improve scheduling efficiency, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction through well-architected Salesforce Field Service implementations.
You own delivery across projects, guiding teams and clients through complex field service transformations - from work order and asset management to advanced scheduling and mobile workforce enablement, while mentoring consultants and shaping best practices.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions, from discovery through go-live and optimisation
- Lead scheduling, dispatch, and optimisation design, including capacity planning and technician skills modelling
- Lead mobile app configurations, data capture and automation
- Ideate & Design Agentic field service use cases
- Work closely with the Solution Architect and make sure the solution developed aligns to the architecture and design principles
- Guide, mentor, and review the work of consultants and junior team members
- Oversee go-lives, manage risks, and take ownership of post-deployment improvements and optimisation initiatives
- Ensure high-quality documentation, reusable assets, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Contribute to internal capability building, standards, and Field Service accelerators
- Support pre-sales activities (when required), including solution design, estimations, and technical input

What you should bring with you:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions in customer-facing projects
- Strong, practical experience leading Field Service implementations end to end
- Deep understanding of field service and asset-based service processes, including work order lifecycle, scheduling, dispatch, optimisation, flows and mobile workforce enablement
- Proven ability to implement scalable Field Service architectures aligned with complex operational requirements
- Experience translating business needs into functional and technical Salesforce solutions
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including service leaders and technical architects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce certifications (eg Administrator, Field Service Lightning Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Accredited Advanced SFS Consultant, Agentforce Specialist)
