Your new workday:
As a Technical Architect (m/f/x), you design technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem and leverage your extensive consulting experience to translate complex client requirements into high-performing, scalable solutions. You take responsibility for technical design and implementation, conduct process analyses on the client side, and create migration plans and documentation. With your deep Salesforce expertise, you play a key role in driving successful digital transformation.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
Design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
Take responsibility for process analyses on the client side as well as migration planning and documentation
Translate client requirements and challenges into Salesforce functionalities and solutions
Support the development of new business relationships
Work closely with business partners and technical teams
Support clients and teams throughout all project phases and ensure sustainable, scalable solutions within the project team
What you should bring with you:
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds
- At least 3 years of experience with cross-cloud Salesforce solutions
- Experience with Mulesoft, Tableau, Datorama, Slack, or B2C / B2B Commerce Cloud is an advantage but not required
- Project experience at the enterprise level, including experience in Salesforce development
- Conceptual ability to translate customer requirements into Salesforce functions and workflows
- Experience with best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Passion for turning clients into long-term partners through expertise and consulting excellence
