Your new workday:
As a Sales Cloud Consultant (m/f/x), you are a key member of our interdisciplinary project teams. You advise companies – from start-ups to global enterprises – on designing and implementing complex Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. Together with your team, you optimize sales processes across various industries, making them more digital, efficient, and future-ready, creating lasting value for our clients.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
- Take responsibility for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions within the Sales Cloud
- Analyze existing Salesforce systems of our clients
- Lead IT projects in the Salesforce environment
- Analyze and optimize business processes
- Oversee testing and release management
- Train and support our clients after project completion
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications
What you should bring with you:
- A degree in the field of IT, business informatics or a similar course of study
- min. 1 year of practical experience in setting up and operating cloud-based CRM solutions
- Salesforce experience (plus certifications for Salesforce Sales, Service and/or Marketing Cloud)
- IT affinity and know-how in SaaS, databases and CRM
- Good analytical skills, problem solving skills and team spirit
- Experience in project management and IT implementation
- Strong communication skills in German and English as well as project-related willingness to travel
