Your new workday:
As a (Junior) Consultant Academy (m/f/x), you are a key member of our Salesforce onboarding and internal Academy. You are responsible for the professional and personal development of our consultants. From day one, you support new colleagues, continuously develop our onboarding and learning journeys, and ensure that knowledge is conveyed in a practical, structured, and engaging way.
You work closely with internal experts, design training formats around Salesforce, project management, and consulting skills, and deliver these trainings yourself. With your open and communicative personality, you create inspiring learning environments, motivate others, and make a significant contribution to the quality and development of our consulting organisation.
Tasks
This is how you help shape the Salesfive Group Academy:
- Independently manage the operational onboarding of new consultants
- Plan and organise internal people development initiatives (e.g. workshops, job shadowing, online trainings)
- Continuously optimise and further develop our onboarding and employee development journeys
- Build close, trust-based relationships with employees at all levels and act as a point of contact for development topics
- Support the organisation of internal and external trainings
- Develop training formats for various Salesforce Clouds and topics together with internal experts
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate development measures in line with defined learning objectives
- Assess the success of development plans and support employees in using learning opportunities
- Deliver internal and external trainings
- Teach consulting, project management, and social skills in a practical way

What you should bring with you:
- 1–2 years of professional experience in consulting, project environments, or training/education roles
- High motivation to learn new topics and pass on knowledge in a structured way
- Ability to inspire others for new, including technical, topics
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and an open, outgoing personality
- Mentoring skills and a passion for working with people
- Very good German and English skills
- Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
