Your new workday:
As an AI Strategy Consultant (m/f/x), you help companies use Artificial Intelligence in a targeted, value-driven way and integrate it sustainably into their business processes. You advise on a strategic level, identify potential, develop roadmaps and support the implementation of Generative AI solutions – from automations and agents to chatbots and predictive models. In this role, you work closely with Salesforce experts, data specialists and C-level stakeholders to embed AI technologies into existing system landscapes.
Tasks
How you help us make digital transformation tangible:
- Advise clients in developing and implementing holistic AI strategies
- Identify, evaluate and realize AI use cases in areas such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations or HR
- Develop roadmaps, business cases and efficiency analyses
- Support the implementation of Generative AI solutions (e.g. automations, agents, chatbots, predictive models)
- Design concepts to optimize processes through AI and automation
- Act as a sparring partner for C-level executives, business units and project teams
- Work closely with Salesforce experts to integrate AI solutions (e.g. Einstein, Mulesoft AI, Data Cloud) into client architectures
- Support building our AI practice at Salesfive and mentor colleagues

What you should bring with you:
- Several years of experience in (digital/strategy) consulting, AI implementation or data/AI projects
- Deep understanding of AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, machine learning, automations, agents)
- Experience in process analysis and optimization
- Ideally, knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM/cloud technologies (not required)
- Strong communication skills, workshop experience and confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to help build a new business area
- Excellent German and English skills
